You can have your Sk8tics account and everything in it deleted at any time. You do not have to give a reason.
Email us from the address your account uses, so we know the request is really from you.

Include the username on the account. That is all we need.
If the account belongs to a skater under 18, a parent or guardian can make this request instead. Say which skater the request is for, and we will confirm with the account before deleting anything.
Everything tied to the account, permanently:
Deleted records can survive in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups are overwritten. Nobody reads them in that window; they are only there so we could recover from a failure. After 30 days no copy remains.
We delete accounts within 7 days of a request, and reply to confirm when it is done. If we need to check something with you first, we will say so within those 7 days.
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove things from it. Inside the Sk8tics app you can delete, at any time and without asking us:
These happen straight away and cannot be undone. Nothing is kept behind after them except the encrypted backups described above, which are overwritten within 30 days.
If there is something you want removed that the app will not let you delete yourself, email privacy@dronesforgood.global and say what you would like gone. We will reply within 7 days.
Deletion cannot be undone, and a season of training records cannot be rebuilt. If you only want to stop a coach seeing your log, you do not need to delete your account — removing the coach link in the app ends their access immediately and keeps your history.
